Touch, Smell, and Scientific “Drawing” Workshop with Spices
The unique pigments of plants, which are spices, hide the fascination of science.

The workshop will use the pigment curcumin contained in turmeric to draw the changes that occur when it reacts with acidity/alkalinity.
This experience brought the children closer to STEM (Science, Technology, Mathematics), which they had felt was somehow difficult and distant from them, through “food” and “expression” that are familiar to them.
